Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
I-VEO SYNERGY SC is the data CONTROLLER responsible for processing the USER’s personal data collected through this website and its network of affiliated collaborator sites. This data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and, where applicable, Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

Why do we process your personal data?
To respond to your property search request and manage our commercial relationship with you. This includes:

• Contacting you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, email or any other electronic or physical means to discuss your property search, answer your enquiry, and present properties that may match your project.
• Sharing your enquiry and search criteria with your identified collaborator/advisor and, where necessary, with other real estate collaborators and partners within the I-VEO Synergy network, so that suitable properties can be identified and proposed to you.
• Conducting market research and statistical analysis to improve our services.
• Managing requests, responding to enquiries, or addressing any request made through the contact and property enquiry forms available on this website or any of its collaborator sites.
• Sending newsletters, updates, offers and promotions related to our real estate services, where you have given your consent.

What authorises us to process your personal data?
Processing is based on Article 6 GDPR as follows:

• Your consent, for sending commercial communications and newsletters.
• Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request, to respond to your property enquiry and put you in touch with the relevant collaborator/advisor.
• Our legitimate interest, for market research, statistical analysis, and the general management of enquiries.

How long do we keep your personal data?
Your data is kept only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Once no longer necessary, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

To whom do we disclose your personal data?
Your data is not disclosed to third parties except where necessary to fulfil the purposes described above. In particular:

• It is shared with the collaborator/advisor identified as your point of contact, and, where relevant to find a suitable property, with other collaborators and partner agencies within the I-VEO Synergy network.
• It is processed by Casafari, our CRM / property-matching service provider, acting as a data processor on our behalf.

In all cases, I-VEO Synergy enters into confidentiality and data protection agreements with these collaborators and providers.

International transfers
Because the I-VEO Synergy collaborator network includes partners located outside the European Union (for example in Miami/USA, Mexico or the Dominican Republic), your data may in some cases be transferred to collaborators established in those countries in order to identify properties or opportunities relevant to your project. Where this occurs, I-VEO Synergy ensures appropriate safeguards are in place (such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism) to protect your data in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.

What are your rights?
You have the right to:

• Withdraw your consent at any time.
• Access, rectify, port and erase your data, and to restrict or object to its processing.
• Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es); in France, the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (www.cnil.fr); or the authority of your own country of residence.
